I have to say the experience here is horrendous.... I have spent 45 minuets trying to get a human on the phone. You call the number and within 2-3 rings you are sent to their voicemail. Once I did speak with a person I asked if there is another number that maybe I am calling the wrong number and was told if it is that important and you can't leave a message and wait for us to call you back then maybe you need to call 911. I was taken back by this. I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy. This is not the care I would expect from Banner Health Systems. Very disappointing!!!!
