We are extremely disappointed with the way Mr. Dunbar handles his customers and manages his time. He's often "out of town" and doesn't deliver what he promises or in the time frame he lays out. Communication is nearly impossible. Scheduling is even worse.
The quality of his workmanship and materials leave MUCH to be desired (My photos speak for themselves.), and we have damage done to our carpeting, walls, and sunscreen. His demeanor is entirely unprofessional, and he often brings his young child to the job site with him.
If you make the mistake we did in hiring him for the job, please be certain that every minute detail is spelled out and in writing before you sign and he gets started.. and prepared to have your patience continually tested.
