OK so I purchased a vehicle from this dealership back on October 25, 2016. I traded in my vehicle for a new vehicle and still had a loan on my previous vehicle. Equity auto said the loan would be paid off in 30 days so I only had one more payment to make with my trade-in vehicle. It's January 5 of 2017 and I still haven't had my trade-in paid off. I continue to call on a regular basis and continue to get hung up on. Anyone stupid enough to buy a vehicle from this dealership will go through the same headaches that I'm going through myself. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. I already contacted the Better Business Bureau and reported them. Spencer and Chris are liars and say they will call back but never do.
