I've been here twice before for lunch, and it has been a pleasant experience each time.
Having gone here not twenty minutes ago for dinner, however, I rescind my opinion.
What went down tonight was quite possibly the worst example of customer service I have ever seen.
1. They wouldn't move us to a quieter table, though there were spaces available.
2. The waiter only brought one of the two appetizers we ordered and completely ignored us for about half an hour.
3. In all that time, he did not once ask us if we wanted to order an entreƩ.
4. I'm vegan, they knew this, and brought non-vegan bread with the vegan cheese platter. When I politely asked if I could have some vegan bread, the answer was just "no."
5. After expressing our concerns and asking for the bill, our server didn't even address our concerns. At all. He literally just brought the bill in complete silence.
Will not be back. F-.
Ps. One positive: valet attendant was excellent and polite.
