I was cited on May 7th for "following too closely", which was a 4 point and $350 citation. On May 17th, it was resolved as an illegal parking ticket for 0 points on my license and $245, with no traffic school. Ten days and DONE! My original court date isn't even until July 18th.
The process was about as painless as it gets. Courteous staff when I called, and an easy online system to navigate for everything. I uploaded all my info with cell phone pictures and paid the CHEAP $49.95 and it was done. They kept me up to date with regular email updates as well. I never once had the urge to call or email and check my "status".
