Our house was broken into yesterday. I called these people and the landlord directly. They made us pay for the lock replacement and new garage door openers since that was open. I was blamed for an incident that was not my fault and a garage door clicker that was stolen (long story!) Because of that, Renters Warehouse told our land lord he was not responsible for the charges which were over $100 to have a locksmith re-key everything and new openers. They flat out placed the blame on me for a situation that was far out of my control. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! It takes forever for repairs, if they even come out at all. We have a refrigerator that currently works but is about to go out. They told us to wait until it breaks. Scam artist would be a nice term!
