Unbeknownst to me I was under-charged on a couple items I purchased. The next day I see a new charge from the store so I call them. The sales associate tells me she accidentally under charged me but had spoken with the store owner and it would be sorted. The owner sorted it alright by fraudulently charging my credit card. She didn't even call to alert me about what was going on and, after I left a message for her I still didn't hear back. So, I contacted my bank and they reimbursed me and are handling it with this store. You can't charge someone one price, let them leave your store and then the next day feel like it's ok to just take their CC # and charge more money! That's illegal! And, worse is not even a phone call? Really? RUDE and unprofessional. I'm sure she will be surprised to find that she's not getting that extra money she STOLE from me!
