I just moved out of one of their properties on June 30, 2015 after renting one of their homes for 2 years. I did a walk through with one of their representatives where I was told that the property was in excellent shape and that I should get most of my deposit(I recorded the walk-through and conversation). However, I got a letter days later where they plan to keep $1040 of my $1200 deposit to clean carpet (that doesn't need to be cleaned) and paint walls (that don't need to be painted). When reaching out about my concerns, I got the runaround and finally an email of black/white pictures of the "damage" (there wasn't any). I've contacted corporate and am in the process of having this issue handled by my attorney. These people are as grimy as they come. Stay away from them!!!
