So here's the thing. I really like my Dr. Dr. Heathcott is fabulous. But with that being said....she is NEVER ontime, there have been times where I have sat over a hour to see her because she was "running late" with appointments or whatever the case may be. I have to agree with many of the other reviewers on the office staff being very desensitized when it comes to welcoming anyone in the office. I also dislike how I can never get through to anyone on the phone. It's like they are always busy not enough people to answer the phone in the first place or what? I've also had trouble getting my own test results when promised, like I was left hanging, if you will, which is another negative. Bottom line, every doctor is way overbooked here, they shouldn't be taking any new patients but do.
