My husband and I have enjoyed food from this restaurant on several occasions. Unfortunately my most recent experience has really ruined my opinion. I called to place a take out order and was placed on hold. The person obviously forgot he made this decision. I could hear him taking order after order. I would have hung up and called back but I knew the line wouldn't disconnect. I walked into the restaurant on my phone and showed him I had been on hold for 17 minutes. He was obviously new and had made an honest mistake. I informed the manager, who looked at my phone, said he was sorry, and walked away. Not only was his apology insincere but he made no effort to rectify the situation. As much as I have enjoyed the food, I am not sure I will return. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and am very disappointed.
