I went there because of the dog hair, paid $20 and they didn't even vacuum it. I understand they were busy, but how do you overlook something like that?? They have replied to my comment saying they charge extra for removing dog hair? All it needed was a simple vacuuming, it took me a few minutes to do that. Just admit you have overlooked the back seat and didn't vacuum there at all!! If you were charging extra why wouldn't you let the customer know, maybe they would want it done???
