I've been a customer here for a while. These wait times are ridiculous. Some of the warehouse people seem like they are on unlimited break and walk around as if they were put out by their job. Waits of 1-2 hours. No savings when they waste all your time. They closed the Mesa location so everything is a far drive. It's very discouraging. And now there is a sign that says if auctions close on the weekend, you can't pick up until Tuesday. Lucky for me mine was not that way. But I would hate to be one of the people that showed up to wait in line for an hour to be told to kick rocks. You guys need to get your stuff back in shape. I'm not sure what the change was. But it's not for the good.
