If you are a real estate agent and want the inspector to kill your deal, then Apollo can kill it better than anyone. Peri McCulloch wrote a 51 page inspection report that included items that bordered on the absurd, but would cause most buyers to cancel the contract. As an example of the absurd, Peri stated that "fall protection" was needed in between my property and my neighbor as the wall had a "step down." The remainder of the report was almost as ridiculous and did not point out anything that was meaningful, but still enough scare away most buyers (especially first time buyers) Peri also was kind enough to leave the air conditioning on in the summer when it was obvious that I lived out of state and could not have turned it off (i.e. the house was completely vacant). Thanks Peri for the $350 NV Energy bill!
