Five for the food. One for the service. I have been coming to this place for a long time, probably 15 years. The story is always the same. Great food and terrible service. My girlfriend and I have been treated poorly as a couple and as individuals. Every time I come here I am treated poorly by the staff. So much that we usually get our food to go, just to minimize contact with the staff. Even with this strategy the older man at the to-go register is a giant Jerk.
Every.
Single.
Time.
I've spoken with the owner, he was very nice and said he would correct his staff and even picked up our lunch. That was super nice of him. I believed it would all be handled. Next time we came in, no owner, same rude service. So for the fourth time after our chat Mr DeFalco the service remains...hostile and rude. I'm sorry Mr DeFalco but your restaurant is officially dead to me. And I'll be sure to tell all my friends.
