I like the service the tech did. I did get the bait and switch on the pricing. Told me one price then billed a higher one. They told me they said the higher price on the verbal quote. Then they didn't give me the advertised special price. I complained and They gave me a coupon for a free oil change. I figured that's fair. I got home started putting my paperwork away and realized the coupon was for first time customers only.
This is really my fault. When he told me the final price, I thought it was high. He went right to taking the payment and did not review the bill with me first. If you go there for service, ask for a written quote and then review the bill before paying.
