Going to Publix never feels like just going to a grocery store, it's a home, a place where you feel like you are welcome to ask any questions you want, they walk you to every item you ask for and if they don't carry the item you are looking for, they can special order it. In Florida Publix is the strongest grocery chain because everyone that works there was raised loving publix and they were raised knowing about the culture and standards of publix so therefore Publix is much stronger there. Now it will take a few years for them to spread their culture around here in charlotte and teach the employees they hired from around the area that know nothing about charlotte how they treat their customers and employees.
