I try to write more positive than negative Yelp reviews because I think most reviews do not reflect a correct rating-that's accurate for medicine especially since most people are bent out of shape that it isn't always an exact science, doctors don't want to hear your google-opinion, and insurance and cost does not reflect the experience. That being said, I only have good things to say. We had a lot of doctor visits the first month with a newborn and the staff and Dr. Winterland have provided great care. Never have we waited for our appointment until we are uncomfortable or given misleading advice. We like the physician's direct and clear approach and appreciate that she "gets shit done" (for lack of better words) while keeping a balance of sensitivity. Always available for question/answers, scheduling is fair, and information is plentiful. I can't speak to any experiences as a parent of an acutely sick child (thank god) but it seems like it wouldn't change my review. Looking forward to the next check up.
