I absolutely hate their location in Henderson and will never return here ever again or recommend it to others. I started going here in 2013 because I wanted a pediatrician who was closer and familiar with Autism. Well, the office staff has certainly made my experience there one that I will remember with a foul taste in my mouth. They don't inform you if the scheduled pediatrician will be out due to an injury nor do they tell you that the pediatrician will not be returning ever. They charge you erroneously and still expect you to pay for their mistake and then they lose an important document that you need signed by a pediatrician and tell you different policies because no one really knows them. No one communicates with each other so, no one ever knows what's going on or remembers anything. You ask questions and all you get is "I don't know" or "I only work on the weekend so I'm limited in what I know". Basically no one has answers and the admin manager is just as bad. She makes you feel that she is doing you a favor for correcting mistakes made by her subordinates. Sorry, but that is part of your job description as a manager. I don't have patience for incompetence and as far as I'm concerned the whole office staff is incompetent. A note to all medical professionals out there, hire professionals in your establishment who will take responsibility for their mistakes and work to correct them, pay attention to detail and be organized. A note to managers, when you pass off work, a case or a situation to another staff member make sure that they know what's going on and what they need to do to rectify the problem before you leave for a while and train your staff properly. To anyone who goes there, don't waste your time, money or insurance visits with these people. I met the owner once because I had to due to the other pediatrician not returning and he was alright. He was nice but, it wasn't an impressive visit. In other words I do not care to return to him. I liked the pediatrician who left. Heed my warning and avoid this place.
