The Smith Center has several venues - Reynolds Hall, Cabaret Jazz, and Troesh Studio Theater. We went to see Jim Brickman at the Cabaret Jazz theater. The venue was amazing! It was beautiful, intimate and very elegant. We sat in 212 and had a great view, but I don't think there's a bad seat in the house! The floor seating has tables and hightops with four seats and the mezzanine seating has hightops with two seats. They offer food and beverage service throughout the performance with bento boxes like hummus and baba ganoush, fruit and cheese, Italian antipasto, and an Asian one with sushi and spring rolls... YUM. They also had beers, wine, spirits, and handcrafted cocktails. Self parking was pretty convenient, but there was valet parking available too. The room did get a little chilly, so don't forget to bring a light cardigan or jacket!
