We arrived at the True Food Kitchen at about 3pm. As soon as we entered we were greeted in a very warm and welcoming way. I loved the T-shirts the servers were wearing. They all had an inspiring message such as "Shine On" "Honest" "Green Goddess" "Truth". Those messages instantly brought a smile on my face. The atmosphere was pleasant. The servers were speaking softly and with kindness. This is something I appreciate. The menu was a good mixture Omnivorous :) Vegetarian and Vegan. There is something for everyone. So if you are Vegan you can go there with your meat eating friends too. I liked the fact that it is not strictly vegan or vegetarian but that there is a healthy choice for everyone. The food was delicious.I particularly liked the Teriyaki Quinoa Vegan bowl and the Vegetarian Edamame dumplings with asian herbs and white truffle oil! Yum Yum! A healthy and happy place to eat for ALL! I will definitely go there again!
