Baby registry gift and selection is disappointing compared to competitors. Jennifer was our cashier and she was so incredibly rude and her behavior and attitude is unacceptable for working at a customer service desk. We bought a stroller car seat and base and she didn't even offer to help put it in our cart so me (clearly pregnant) had to lift the heavy boxes up into the cart from the floor as she stood there and watched me struggle. (Different employee brought the items to the front for me when I shopped) then we were confused about the promotion and she snottily told us to just read the screen and refused to help us understand. Terrible customer service!!! It's insane a grocery store will ask if you need help loading to your car and this baby and pregnancy devoted store doesn't even offer help. Disgusted in how we were treated.
