Great experience. If you are having trouble with a landlord or lease you need to see Ken before you do anything else and make a mistake and forfeit some of your rights.
The whole process was easy if you follow the directions and fill out all the paperwork as requested. Seems daunting but your landlord does not have your best interest at heart This is the best thing you can do to protect yourself and not spend a fortune on an attorney that clearly will not know there way around the tenancy laws as Ken does.
