I bought my new Ram late last year and part of the deal was having step bars installed. They said they had to order them and it would be a couple weeks. No problem I can wait a couple weeks. Now I was told parts are on a backorder. I did some checking and found 5 sets at other Larry Miller dealers in the same state but was told they can't transfer them from their other dealers just in case someone else wants to buy them. What about this customer that already paid for them last year and has been waiting. I went on their contact page 3 days ago and asked for help but nobody has called me.
