I ordered 2 photo bags for my daughters on 10/3.It shipped, but the shipper just said " shipping label created" and it never actually shipped. I called and they apologized and re-sent the order with a exhibited delivery (this was on 10/21 with delivery to be on 11/1). On 11/1 , same thing, no shipment, just said shipping label created. I called AGAIN , got the shipping charges waived and they resent. You guessed it, same thing happened today. So when I called today, come to find out they don't even HAVE these bags and they never did! They just say they do and send the label info. They have no idea when they will be in. Is this even legal?Right before the holiday season, not a good look.
