I live in the area and I've been going to Shiny Spa to get my nails done for many many years. However, their attitudes and standards have decreased drastically. It's disheartening because they were once my go-to spot to get my nails done and relax. After personal bad experiences and witnessing others' bad experiences, I now REFUSE to give them my business. They have absolutely no respect for their clients. Their attitudes are horrendous and they, quite frankly, are not good at what they do. If you choose to speak up for yourself when you notice they aren't doing what you requested, be prepared for an argument because their customer service needs A LOT of work. The renovations they made about a year ago were a waste of money because they absolutely lost their touch. To conclude, this place is absolutely dreadful. If you want to waste your money and be treated with the upmost disrespect and carelessness then go here.
