I have been a patient at this location for 6 years and as many of the other reviewers state the Dr's are great. I received a voicemail yesterday from Vision Centers about needing an insurance update for my daughters appointment the following day. I just called them back to cancel my daughters appointments today and said that they were going to charge us as a "no show" of $25 each which was not stated in the voicemail. I tried to explain to them why, but they would not listen to anything I said or my wife and were very rude and argumentative and just hung up on me. They do not deserve my business any longer.
