Their name sums them up and fits them well!
We purchase a Serta mattress from them after shopping a few other mattress stores comparing prices and availability because they were able to waive the delivery fees as well as deliver that day.
The mattress started sagging after only a couple of months on both sides of the bed. This is the 3rd Serta that I have purchased that has done the same thing!
I called their corporate office and they scheduled a furniture inspector to come out for that Saturday. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He said all Serta mattresses from the low end to their high end all do the same thing after a few months. Our mattress was sagging 2-3 inches in some places. I called their corporate office again where they informed me that I could receive a refund if approved by the store manager.
I went down to the store and requested a refund. The store manager said I could and he sent the request in. We then went out a purchased another mattress from another up and coming mattress company that offers their beds for more than half the price and back them without needing a lame inspection.
I then called their corporate office once again to find out they do not want to refund me my money and I have to pick out another junky bed. They said that both the person I spoke to earlier at corporate and the store are liars.
Avoid them like a plague!
