I've never been so angry at a venue. If you have the option to see whatever band you're going to see somewhere else, do it. If you don't have that option, just don't go. Avoid this place at all costs! This place should burn to the ground. It is awful. I drove 2 hours, and showed up an hour early, to see Andrew McMahon. Instead, I got to listen to him from the parking lot. Why? No one knows. No managers, no (competent) staff, just people standing in the parking lot waiting for God knows what. Every single staff member I spoke with acted like they would rather die than be working there. Unless Jesus himself is performing, I will never be back, and I will be making sure no one I know goes either. The only honest employee was the parking attendant who said "good luck with that long ass line." I will be getting a refund for this catastrophe.
