Keep in mind when you hand over your deposit check that you will not be getting it back. Left the unit spotless, without a doubt cleaner than I found it and was charged a "cleaning fee" and "tile and grout fee" absolutely absurd. Not to mention the "key and lock fee" even though the locks weren't changed when I moved in. I thought by using a property management co I wouldn't have to deal with the bs you encounter when renting from apartment communities but in this circumstance I was wrong. Very disappointed.
