This review is based on the many calls I have had to make to Duquesne Light and with each of the calls that I have had to place, the customer service experience continues to reach an all time low. I have tried every trick in the book to circumvent the web of button pressing that eventually ends up getting you nowhere closer to speaking to a live representative. The message given today is that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and wait time is 3 hours and 10 minutes. Need I say anything else? Please note that the star symbol associated with this review should have one giant X across it.
