I had previously purchased a 2015 ES350 at Lexus of Las Vegas, and had a great experience then which prompted me to return.
I got Rachel's name from a friend who bought her RX350 from Rachel, and reached out to her regarding a new RC Turbo I saw online. Rachel set up an appointment with me and had the car brought over from their Henderson location. When we arrived, the car was right in front waiting for me to take it for a spin. From the get go, Rachel was super transparent on the process and worked extremely hard to make my deal work. After we agreed upon terms, Leo in finance went above and beyond for me as well, while also being super transparent and streamlining the entire finance process for me. Lexus of Las Vegas has exceeded my expectations once more, and I couldn't be happier with my new Lexus RC!
