Found this place on yelp after I moved to North Phoenix. Great dog groomer, very professional. A lot of change lately though. Seems to be new people every time I go in there. They tried to expand into pet sitting and closed that section not long after.
I have called 4 times midday, always straight to Voicemail. Never a call back. Stopped in yesterday to see what's going on. They changed their hours to 9-3 tues-sat. I was told they have a lot of people calling looking for appointments. Why would you restrict hours if you have high demand? Just bad business. Tried to set a future appointment, was told was at least a week for a weekday appt. No Saturday appointments. A shame since I was off last week and wanted to get my dog in. I guess they cater to retired people now. Will take my business elsewhere.
