The staff is very nice. I would be nice as well if I was selling shoes almost $300. Unfortunately I was informed my foot is differant than most other people. I could not believe how many excuses I heard for the shoe they sold me that is too big. This is a speciality shoe store people. The shoes need to fit. I let it go because the sales person was so nice. I figured she had to do this to keep her job. I bought another pair of shoes instead and tried to forget about the big pair. But the professional people in the office want to explain everything under the sun about there return policies. Now Im aware of 3 no return policies. I wish they would stop sending me emails. It reminds me of excuses my children would give me..
