Man I can't believe all these negative reviews... probably b/c people like me, who are very satisfied customers neglect to post! I have literally never been to a better Firestone type establishment with better service! Sean, the manager, is a great guy who always updates you on your cars service needs without putting pressure on you the upscale; just informational! One time they felt so bad that my oil change took so long that they voluntarily offered to comp my next oil change. I was very satisfied with that! I really appreciate the great communication and service! I am sure there are horror stories related to people's car breaking down but I can honestly say this place is as good as it gets service wise! Thank you for your efforts!!!
