Dr. Brent Crutchfield and the staff at North Mecklenburg are AMAZING. I moved to NC from California and had a tabby cat that needed almost all his teeth removed due to Stomatitis.
Poor Frodo was scared to pieces (as was I) but everyone took such good care of him! Dr. Brent gave him lots of love and even let him keep his front teeth because they didn't need to come out. There was no up-sell or pressure, just lots of attention to what Frodo needed.
He went through surgery with flying colors and came home well taken care of.
I also took him & Freya in for big exams right before we all moved back to California. (yes, I drove two cats across country, twice.) The same level of care and attention was given to Freya, and everyone was happy to give Frodo some extra love.
There are lots of good vets out there, but Dr. Brent Crutchfield is one of the best, I wanted to hug her when I left. The staff are amazing and the facility is clean and gorgeous!
By the way, they take CareCredit, which is a blessing to have. It's great to be able to pay for Vet care with that.
