This is the PERFECT nail salon! From the moment you walk in, you feel pampered by the beautiful spa music and gorgeous decorations! You are offered refreshments and asked to pick from the millions of regular polish or gel shades, including the latest type of gel that doesn't hurt your nails (Biogel I think). My best experience has been with Kim and I highly recommend her! She knows how to do a thorough job cutting cuticles, in growns and nails perfectly! She takes initiative with recommendations and she's a lot of fun and easy to communicate with. They even do a points system so that at some point you get freebies! Been to many nail salons and this is by far the best from every point of view! Very accommodating and high quality technicians and products! Everyone who blames customers for being too difficult should learn how to do their job from this place :-) These people DO know how to make clients happy! :-)
