I am so happy with the service I just received from the Mesa Police Department. I store my commercial vehicle at a storage facility in Mesa and it was specified by the facility manager that I have 24 hour access to the facility. Long story short, myself and my staff were locked into the facility with super tall security fencing on the late night. This facility, which shall remain unnamed (only because they're nice people) has NO after-hours emergency number. I was sooo, not in the mood to camp-out. Therefore, I was left with no other option than to call the trusty nine-double one. I was directed to the Mesa non-emergency number... but this was an emergency! The non-emergency dispatcher advised that it could be a few minutes up to an hour. I thanked her and as I hung up, I was bracing myself for an extended wait (upwards of an hour, plus some).... Wait for it... Less than 2 minutes later, an officer shows up with a key for the gate code box. WHAT!!! No way! Actually, yes-way! Mesa Police saved the day. To pay it forward, I'll make sure to throw something in the Mesa Firemen's boot during the Holidays. Thanks Mesa Police!
