I had a good experience at this location.
I picked up an intermediate car for four days using a weekend coupon. The car was clean, had around 12,000 miles on it - I could not ask for more.
The employees were courteous and professional. They gave me a ride back to my home.
I would use them in the future. The location is as good as it can get - they are situated inside of the store adjustment to an auto spa (car wash). This store has a great selection of drinks, snacks and dunkin donuts chain. Also, a gas station is right there too - no need to drive somewhere else.
P.S. Of course, they all try to sell you their insurance when you pick up a car because that is how they make extra money. If you know what your credit card or car insurance covers, just be firm and no one can force you to buy anything extra if you do not need or want it. I did not feel any pressure when I refused to get their coverage.
