After being there a few times with friends and collecting a full cards worth of stamp, I tried to redeem my free drink today to have the owner accuse me of being a thief and stealing the card from his store. He proceeds to yell and publically humiliate me in front of a store full of customers, including a father with a little girl. He then took a photo of me without my consent and when I asked him to remove it, he refused.
A police report has been filed with York Regional Police of this incident. I would avoid this place at all costs. Drinks are more expensive than the competitors and you get accused of being a thief when you try to redeem the free drink from their stamp program.
