Everyone makes mistakes. It is how we own up to them that defines the character of the company. I can honestly say that American Auto Body & Paint has earned the accolade of EXCEPTIONAL customer service.
When I noticed a small flaw in regards to the parts used to repair my BMW after a small fender bender. The owner himself rectified the problem and returned my vehicle in absolute pristine condition. He then met with me to personally apologize for the inconvenience. Taking it a step further, he explained that they learned from this mistake and will adjust their process so customers in the future do not encounter the same issue.
It is very rare that one finds such honesty and integrity anymore, especially in the auto-repair industry. I highly recommend this company for their top notch work, but more importantly for their top notch team!
