It was fairly easy to schedule an appointment with Dr. Pfau. Dr. Davidson was ridiculously booked out (i.e., months). He does an exploratory phone call with you prior to actually booking and my experience was that he did not really ask many questions or interact at all, there were several awkward silences while I waited to see what he wanted to know. I cancelled my appointment and they did not refund the $90, despite several phone calls and emails to their front desk.
