They pay off clients for good reviews on YELP! Kim did an excellent job and really made we felt comfortable. The business on the other hand did not make me feel so comfortable. A month ago a sign was posted to earn $100 for the best review on YELP, consider that when you read other reviews. Today I drive over for my 11am appointment and I was advised Kim is no longer with the company or in this line of work. No advance notice, no curiosity call or text. Within 10 mins of getting home the owner calls me to express her concerns and she defends the lack of notice with we are a small company and it's hard to hold on to good staff and it surprised us as well with Kim resigned yesterday. They have my #, a text and phone call could have been made. Everyone running a small business needs to know that keeping customers is just as important as keeping staff. Since they run a shady business and pay off good reviews on YELP I have my suspensions that they thought they could simply assign a new wax pert and all would be fine.
