Could not be more disappointed with OrthoCarolina. Have had two appts. ,both times very discouraged. Had a bad reaction Sat. AM with prescribed Meds and after calling four (!) times (once on Sat., 3X several hrs. apart on Mon.) and stating that I was in a fair amount of pain, I heard back at 4:45 on Monday. The nurse told me to take Alleve and when I asked why it took so long for a return call I was told the PA had been seeing patients all day. Guess they don't check messages which is a bit scary. Theses sages had been left with someone, not voice mail. This PA also had not checked my current Meds or medical history. I truly believe this is a case where they have more business than they can handle and rely on their name, but when someone's health is on the line this is inexcusable.
