I am so torn about this place, but when I think about it. It is a 0 star place for sure.
Bridesmaids Dress Story--
I loved the girl helping me so much when I got my wedding dress that i made an appointment for my girls! Yay!
So I have just 2 of my girls there, they are getting in and out of dresses and I have my maidfhonor there as well. Every dress I pull for the girls I am asking "This comes in wine, right?" she is telling me 'Yes,Yes,Yes!" Awesome, we put my MOH in the one shoulder vera wang and the other girls in the halter version. It looks fabulous on my girls! We are so happy!
Here is where the 0 stars come in--
1. when my girls went to get measured they told my girls to write their names, number and PANT size. -- That is definitely going to be an inaccurate size. So I tell them to get sized, the right way.
2. The best part, my girls are at the front ready to pay, and the girl at the checkout doesn't even know what dress we are getting and she is asking if I know the style number (yeah customers just memorize those after dealing with 10 dresses) anyways, they find the dress, and...
It. Doesn't. Come. In. That. Color.
Fan-freaking-tastic. Thank you Davids Bridal and all you 'Hardworking' employees for making this fun filled day to a stressed filled day. Thank you!
What is even more sad is that I still gave this company my business, I went to the rainbow store and my God, what a difference. We got a different dress that DOES come in wine. The erased everything that this Sahara store put in my file and started over. And my MOH and I asked about 50 questions and they were more than helpful!
But, because of the experience, I call there and make sure things are still right in the system and that all the colors for the dresses are right.
Wedding Dress Story---
I went in looking for a wedding dress, not quite sure what I wanted. The lady helping me was fantastic, I loved her! she made me feel at home and at ease. A few dresses later, we find the dress! Yay! She even got a little emotional, it was perfect. We went to go order it...
It. Doesn't. Come. In. White.
What wedding dress does NOT come in white? How?
I was a little heartbroken. what the dress looks like is ivory underneath and all the lace and stuff on top is white, soooo you really cant tell. it really does look white. So, we got it! I do love it but it was just an unnecessary ride to go on!
Oh, and after all this with the wedding dress, my mom asked if they would just give us the $10 bag it comes in for free (it is a cheap material bag) and they said no.
The Sahara store is absolutely ridiculous!
