This is a very public shout out to a gentleman named Maebel who was working the hotel floor last Saturday evening. I sprained my ankle and was limping as I came back to the hotel after walking the strip. Maebel offered me a wheelchair as I walked in but I didn't want to make it a big deal so I declined. He saw that I was having a hard time so he chased me down with a wheelchair and insisted to give me a ride to my room on the 16th floor. He even got me ice for my foot and brought me in the room where I could prop up my foot...
Venetian is full of the highest level of customer service available. Maebel's demonstration was a service level absolutely insistent on my best interest.
Venetian made this a wonderful trip and we look forward to staying here again.
