If I could give zero stars I would. Never met such a rude, unprofessional "business owner". When I first signed with Michelle to do my wedding I was very excited. She seemed perfect and excited to do it. After she got her deposit it was like she checked out. Hard to get in touch with her, unavailable to meet. When I finally was able to meet with her, I had to drive to her side of town, she told me the wrong name of the restaurant leaving me driving around. She was short and rude because I asked to change some things in my package because I wasn't able to afford it all. She seemed irritated I brought my bridesmaids with me and would cut them off not allowing them to speak or ask questions. She didn't bring any examples or pictures to show me anything but said she would "email me" like she said many times before and didn't do. Our "meeting" lasted a whole 15 minutes before she grabbed her things and walked out. My fiancé and I ended up canceling our contract and losing part of our deposit because it was better than having to deal with her another day.
