We've been a couple times. We like the people they do a good job. However, I'm not happy with our recent visit on Sat. Fill ins are $20. They charged both of my daughters $25 each stating they had a lot lift. I know for a fact that's wrong! I get my nails a lot and i know what lifting looks like. They took one of my daughters tips off for no reason. Grant they did the overlay which would've been fine however there was no need to do that for a extra $5 charge. He nails were not lifting at all. From they way they took them off, using a fake nail to go underneath, her nails are sore. My other daughter only had 2 nails that needed tips, she didn't have lifting either. I'm not happy paying $50 when it should've been $40 and fillins should be $15. I treat my girls but this treat was more than it should've been. Seems in this area all salons cost more than Charlotte and other areas. Needless to say I'm not happy with any salon we have been in this area and will just start going back to our salon in Mint Hill. I don't mind the drive. At least they don't over charge and they don't change prices just because they can.
