They have a sign on the counter, "Bring it in and we will make it work." Well they do. I had an old lockset I needed to replace or rekey. He told me to rekey it it was solid brass and expensive. Not like the cheap stuff you can buy at the Big Box places. I was in there because the Big Box places couldn't help me.
Old fashioned hours M-F days. But they know what they are doing. Fast duplicates on keys too. Special coded car keys as well and way less than the dealer.
