Apple, you love it or hate it. The store has a nice layout. Everyone I've dealt with here have all been helpful and friendly. It is recommended to make an appointment if you need help with your Apple products. If you don't have an appointment they will try their best to get you in. Today I picked up my iPhone X. No I didn't wait in a line on the side of the building over night. I preordered it through the Apple app. So today I got to wait in the short line with the other preorder people and when the doors opened we were the first to be helped. Why anyone would not want to preorder is beyond me. As we walked in we were applauded by the entire staff. It felt weird as we walked in but it was cool to see. A team member pulled me on the side and quickly started to work on my phone trade in. I signed some stuff and before I knew it he said I was done. The entire process took less than 15 min and I'm sure it would have been shorter had he not have to help a fellow coworker with issues he was having. This by far has been the best experience for getting an iPhone.
