I was able to make an appointment online from their website for the next day. The office staff is super friendly, as is Dr. Simon. She saw me right on time for my most recent appointment - no wait. They have a new (to me) machine that allows the inside of your eyeballs to be examined without dilation, and Dr. Simon shows you the image and explains it. That was pretty cool, especially since mine were healthy. Insurance didn't cover it but it was worth $19 extra to avoid Little Orphan Annie pupils. Their selection of frames isn't huge, but the variety was excellent. Plenty of stylish options. It took me a while to narrow it down (I can be pretty picky with frames), but I received personal attention from a very patient, helpful assistant the whole time while making my selection. I've been to this office twice now and can't imagine going anywhere else. I have a good VSP plan, so I can't vouch for the prices if you don't have insurance or if you have crappy insurance.
